Classical Beer Review: Voreia Wit

voreiawit.jpg

This high-alcohol-ed (for the style) wit beer was designed to “meet the Mediterranean temperament.” If the Mediterranean temperament is a sweet concoction of Belgian yeast and lemon, I can wholeheartedly agree with the advertisement. Voreia Wit is medium dry with notes of cloves, cherry, and orange zest.
